Return policy
All items may be returned if for any reason you are not satisfied.
If Item arrives in a damaged condition you must first notify the carrier.
All items are insured.
BYALLMEANS Mailboxes is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping.
A claim will be filed with the
courier and a new Item will be shipped or a refund will be made after claim is settled.
It should be noted that all items must be remade to order and will take time to replace.
However damaged orders will be moved to the first out line.
